in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the reg. (EU) n. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereafter “GDPR”) concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data, we provide the following information:
    • the subscription to the newsletter related to the activities carried out by Baioni Crushing Plants Spa and to the events organized by the same, following the completion of the 'Subscribe to our Newsletter' form (in the various sections of the site including the Homepage): the legal basis it is the consent given by the interested party for one or more specific purposes, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. a) of the reg.         ◦ check the possibility of making a complaint to the Guarantor;
        ◦ check the use of an automated decision-making process and, if so, the logic used;
    • rectify  the  processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 16 of the Reg. (EU), in case of inaccuracy of the same;
    • integrate Your personal data, pursuant to art. 16 of the reg. (E.U.), in case of unexpected dispute of the completeness of the same;
    • gain the cancellation of the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 17 of the Reg. (EU), except for the existence of a legal obligation contrary or due to the occurrence of the need to treat them to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, in the event of:
        ◦ when there is no need to treat the related purposes as stated above;
        ◦ preventive or simultaneous withdrawal of consent given, excluding the prevalence of the legitimate interest of Baioni Crushing Plants Spa in Your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms;
        ◦  preventive assessment of unlawfulness of data processing;
    • existence of a legal obligation imposing the cancellation of the same;
    • gain the limitation of the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 18 of the Reg. (EU), in case of:
