Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste generally derives from construction and demolition operations, including reclaimed soil from contaminated sites that, properly processed and managed, can give life to so-called recycled aggregate which, in most cases, can be reused as concrete aggregate in the following applications:

Some waste generated in the process of construction must be eliminated. Reinforcing steel and other embedded items, if any, must be removed, and care must be taken to prevent contamination by other materials that can be troublesome, such as asphalt, soil and clay balls, chlorides, glass, gypsum board, sealants, paper, plaster, wood, and roofing materials. The applications range from crushing to recycling, from shredding to recovery and processing of inert materials.
The process for the reuse of C&D waste is carried out by stationary or mobile plants. Baioni C&D processing plants guarantee a final product of excellent quality in the following stages:
