DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS - BAIJET
Baioni designs, manufactures and installs dust suppression systems which are very effective against the particles produced by aggregate processing plants, providing holders of mining concessions a valid tool to reduce the risk of environmental pollution and create a better working environment.
The BaiJet system employs spray nozzles, it operates with water pressure only and is equally effective in controlling dust both on individual machinery and/or larger applications. To physically contain the dust the best option is to place the sprinklers on conveyor belts, feed hoppers, crushing machines and screening systems, or demolition excavators arms.
Baioni supplies complete dust suppression systems installed in insulated containers for use even in extreme weather conditions and equipped with:
