DECANTER CENTRIFUGE - BAIDEC

BaiDec series centrifuge decanter comes in various models with different characteristics depending on the material to be processed. Furthermore Baioni can supply other auxiliary machinery essential for the decanter to operating correctly: control panel with PLC, polymer preparation and dosing systems, evacuation screw conveyor for solid cakes.

Separation process
The principle of separation of a centrifugal separator lays on the different specific weights of the materials to be processed. Suspended sodium particles in a liquid tend to fall because of gravity. By using a decanter at a high speed, the separation process is played within a bowl able to multiply the gravity and make the separation almost instantaneous.
