The BaiPod Container system is a real mobile dehydration station with centrifuge decanter that can be transported where immediate solid-liquid separation is required. It is a system that offers immediate solutions since it is totally transportable, designed to be "ready for use" in an appropriate outdoor space; start-up and commissioning times are minimal.
The heart of the BaiPod Containeris the BaiDec high performance decanter centrifuge equipped with all the auxiliary components necessary to ensure immediate and full-scale operation, such as the polyelectrolyte preparation station, the control panel equipped with PLC logic fully automated operation, sludge feed pump, polyelectrolyte dosing pump, flow meters, screw conveyor, internal lighting system, external doors for hydraulic and electrical connections. The full plant is made available in a standard 40 'container to the full advantage of customers, developed with a particular focus on energy efficiency and easy use.
