POLYMER PREPARATION SYSTEMS - BAIFLOC
The automatic powder or emulsion polyelectrolyte preparation stations of the BaiFloc series are the ideal solution for:

The solution is prepared by mixing the right percentage of liquid polymer and/or powder with water.
Baioni mainly provides two types of polypreparators:
- automatic preparation stations for powder polymer.
- automatic preparation stations for liquid polymer.
The solution is prepared using water, managed by a flow controller, pressure switch and flow valves, in which the polyelectrolyte is dosed by means of a metering pump, or a screw auger, depending on type of polymer used. The solution production process is interrupted when the high level is achieved; from that moment electro-agitators present are kept in motion.
