The depuration plant with vertical flow static clarifiers for the recycling of wastewater coming from aggregates processing plants, marbles, granites and ceramics is particularly used in the case of limited water flows or in the case of construction sites where space is an issue.
The water depuration process is gained by flocculation of the suspended solids by means of polyelectrolyte, the following separation of the sludge from the water is get by gravity. The sedimentation process of the sludge at the bottom of the silo is accelerated by using polyelectrolyte solution (flocculant), while the vertical design creates a water column making pressure on the sludge, guaranteeing the required thickness.This type of plant is designed to be assembled directly on site with civil works carried out by the customer. Vertical BaiWash systems are rather compact and therefore suitable even in construction sites and in limited spaces. Available in various models and capacities depending on customer needs.
