The BaiTrack AP tracked stacker rounds out Baioni’s track-mounted offering. It can be employed in any type of processing of inert materials, providing maximum yield at the lowest maintenance cost. The unit takes full advantage of the feed capacity of the large AP series apron feeder, which reaches a maximum of 600 t/h. Apron feeders are sturdy, safe machines designed for feeding large primary crushers with rocks and other large size materials. The movement of the conveyor belt ensures that even the largest blocks are properly oriented before entering the crusher mouth. This movement allows to reach the desired input amount without having to stop the machine.
